What's happening?
We’re making improvements to how we process and manage orders. As part of this upgrade, we’re moving to a new and improved order system. Your pre-order will need to be moved from our old system to the new one.
What will happen to my order?
Moving it to the new system will cancel it in the old system. You'll receive a cancellation email, but don't worry. There will be no actual change to your order.
Do I need to place the order again myself?
Nope! We’ll handle it for you and you’ll get an email with your new order information. However, we will need you to enter your payment information again once this process is complete.
What do I need to do?
Once this process is complete, we will notify you with an email. At that point, you will need to re-enter your payment information in our new system.
When will I get the email with my new order information?
Look for it at the beginning of July 2025, once we’ve finished the behind-the-scenes work.
Could I get charged twice?
No. You’ll only be charged on the new order. Any pending authorization on your old order will be voided, which is why we need you to enter your payment information again.
I checked out as a guest, what do I need to do?
When you get the email confirming your new order, create a Hasbro Pulse account using the same email you placed the original order with. Then update the payment method on that order’s details page.
Will my ship date change?
No. We’re sticking to your original estimated ship date. If anything shifts, we’ll let you know ASAP.
What payment methods can I use?
The same ones you’re used to: credit/debit cards and PayPal. You’ll pick your preference when you update payment.

What happens if I don’t update my payment?
The order will be cancelled if an appropriate payment method isn’t entered within a few days of the release date for your items.
When will my payment actually be processed?
Your card is only charged when your order is ready to ship, and you’ll receive a shipping notification right before.
Will I still get email updates about my order?
Yes, all the usual notifications will continue.
Will I still be able to access the previous site/account page?
No. Once this is complete, you’ll manage all orders on the new Order History page.
